I was fortunate to have a little time to pray and read Don Pipers book, 90 minutes in heaven, if you have not read it, then you are missing something....i also worked in our Restore, meeting people from Sri Lanka, Mexico, Poland,Moroco, USA Tunisia...Kenya, and columbia...

this event allows us to know we will go strong into this our 20th anniversary where companies make commitments and help us with their employees building from ABC Disney to Starwood hotels, to citibank to Community Mutual to Carpet One and more...all coming to help assist us...

Today I am blessed to meet with two meaningful and powerful people, Mayor Clinton Young of Mt. Vernon and also the superintendent of New Rochelle Schools, these two people have important responsibilities, ones which will help guide peoples lives for the future in amazing ways...we all have a responsibility to be a blessing to one another, no question, to be able to guide, share, help reach out and help one another and make our communities the best we can for all citizens, young and old, in school and at work...I am honored they will sit with me, and ask you to pray for them, and all people in similar positions...perhaps we should do that in a special way as we see people like Governor Spitzer resign yesterday...pray for our leaders, and als o a prayer for me appreciated..
Our mission to increase affordable home ownership in a variety of ways, and help real communities to build is amazing..Yesterday I had the honor to be able to sit with Steve from California, a construction manager of two affiliates in San Jose and Santa Cruz and he shared his expertise on running those areas, best practices both in construction and in purchasing, and hopefully one day he will return back to hisnative New York and use his expertise here..thanks Steve..
Remember the trolley is here March 15th, pushing for Alternative Transportation, tied with affordable ownership of condos and other ways and we will win in the fight to making real communities, healthier and happier..God bless, jjk

a day in infamy..Gov of NY possibly resigns. headlines everywhere, the money that will go into the investigation is unbelievable as well as the money that goes into the pres. campaign..I billion dollars..how many lives could we change in building a home, how many people could we help..how many people could we assist in a great way...lets change the madness.....make a donation to us instead of a campaign donation...after all dont you know who you wil vote for...pensions, perks and prostitutes...sounds horrible, but that's what happens so much with support given to campaigns..and the salaries and benefits grow and grow..I feel for Mrs. Spitzer and her lovely daughters, i feel for my A Team alumni who worked for Spitzer with belief..I feel for all those who gave support to people like him who now see their donations were for naught..
join us now, build a home, with an anti political vote, sounds harsh, but its time....too much smoke, mirrors and waste, time is too short.
Energy, affordable clean reliable, wht are we doing today to change our energy use, to increase solar to increase wind energy, to drive less...our trolley starts this Sat..very exciting and businesses and residents alike are thinking GREEN, thinking of changing things..
GO GREEN.. HELP US.
Along with that we will be building all over the place.. I go to White PLains today for our LPC meeting to look discuss with my great team from NY Title, Scully Construction, Frank Blot CEO, Meryl Lynch, Oconnor Dobbins and Munn and the McCarthys to name a few..its time for more affordable homes in

It is an exciting time here in New Rochelle, feels like spring has sprung, and many are excited to take the trolley, both for historic sake and for the sake of saving the earth and environment, combined with that we will encourage people to get out of their cars, walk more, transport more, and be part of a revolution to slow traffic, be healthier and get eco friendly cities with affordable condos downtown, real affordable..
the average taxpayer and senior has been edged out of the downtown these days...priced out, moved out...tony the little Italian taylor stated, JImmy the landlord kicked me out, took off my sign, so i couldn't let people know where my new business was....he also feels his property taxes are going up immensely..
what a world..long term stake holder here in
what have we created here...can it be changed...for sure, will it be.. for sure.. join the GREEN TEAM...ONE THAT SAYS LETS STOP THE MADNESS, make real affordable condos for vets, police, seniors, bank tellers, Hartley families..small business owners, lets celebrate not only the big guys who get their signs off of rt 95, but percentage wise contribute less to our world than the person who put their heart and soul into a small business and home here in NEW RO and throughout the county...so lets celebrate SO NO NEW RO..south of North Avnue New Rochelle where small business owners, immigrants from Italian to Irish to Spanish, African American and more, live and try to survive and do and will thrive...God bless, jjk.
