FW: blog

A walk around Manhattan, then a bike ride…I often leave westchester to bike around NYC….afterall Westchester is the eighth burrough of NYC…we don't want to admit it..

But what goes on, could overflow in a  huge way out here..I often wish Mike Bloomberg would over see Westchester as well…sounds crazy, but we have so many layers of government, so many layers of overcharged municipalities and in the highest taxed county…why could nt we be winning better now..as NYC overflows and real estate at an all time high..I don't understand it..

What I affordable home ownership was a right here..wouldn’t taxes be less..wouldn’t families who rent regenerate taxes back into the system with pride of homeownership to boot.

We need to think differently, no question… we need to change the way we work…its time…the eighth burrough of NYC..? Who knows
