daily we see the pundits go back and forth.. but there are those who are out in the community doing the everyday work like my habitat brothers and sisters, paid and unpaid staff and volunteers who work dilligently to get it done...to work hard, to help change communities, we will be doing this time and time again..

making it happen...This county has not seen the likes of our work..from Greenburgh, to Mt Vernon, Yorktown to Yonkers..and Somers to New Rochelle, the time is now! Never before has the cry for affordable homes been more prevalent, never before have we seen our work increase so much, to the extent that people are hungering to help.

 

We celebrate and ask you to pray for the Hall family, one of our habitat families...in White PLains....the Halls live on Fairview Avenue, live in our six home complex, as a credit to Irene Sanford, Janet Cornell Ellen Baer John Verni and many others.. we have excitingly built all over and will build in new towns.

 

Yesterday I spoke with Ed Brancati of Lewisboro, a supervisor, in effect the Mayor, He himself has built in

 

Yvette just called...she is a long time volunteer and wants her church involved...she is successful in

her banking career and old friend, she now is moderator at her church..She is awesome and is getting her church and company involved in a big way....God bless you!

 

Then another call comes in...its Sacred Heart in Hartsdale..Sr. Mary Landon, we raised over 1000 dollars again for Lent..with our kids///can you come and speak to them....Profound!

Then Sister asks, when is the dinner for our families at Solomon Schecter....profound!  who brings all aspects of society together like us..very very few!!!!! to say the least ..Its HABITAT TIME.. are you on board? Jim

taxes taxes taxes..all are taxes..

tea parties everywhere, new fees, new taxes..

we actually create tax payers and home owners..we save tax dollars, we use vol. sweat equity.. at the end of the day that might be all we have left that is ours....we have to go out and change our communities together hand to hand heart to heart...this is our quest and always has been..

so feel good that your sweat equity like our families and volunteers needs no taxes nor can it be taxed, it can be celelbrated.....God bless, jjk

Linda and her mom, need our help..Phil Reisman writes…Habitat creates a level playing field…..Level Playing fields..thats all we want to create…whether it Somers, or Mamoroneck, or Yonkers, or Yorktown, or Bronxville, or Bedford…we are all on the same level playing field..in life. God knows that, do we….we are all major leaguers, or minor leaguers.. we are all Grasshoppers.. we are all learning, we are all the same…so God wants everyone to be major leaguers and minor leaguers..to be havinga simple decent home to go to..is that asking too much…huh..please, begging everyone to understand..

Some understand with great fervor and gratitude…like the Somers Lions…who hosted a small 1500 person breakfast today, that’s right..small, yeah right… we are going to build here says Gary Forbes..young and old came by, we are going to help people have homes….Team Habitat I cry, as part of the breakfast included every sports team picking up their uniforms…One of the S’s of Sports stands for Service..on and off the field, and the court..March Madness..is Hammer time for us..not just Hoop time…kicking means kicking the door jam in place, not just the soccer ball…fielding means, not just getting low on a ground ball, but helping landscape in green ways, that someone who never hard a yard, can have grass now…oh the transformation of lives God wants us to be part of  no matter what religion or no religion..time to get it Right…we can level all the playing fields.. God has set the stage…if we build it, He is there…if we build it, will you come?

A great Friday..warmer weather, building going on…and more…

However we need your support..the donations are down everywhere…

But our hope is up and homes are going up…Like one in Somers, one in Mamoroneck…five in Yonkers, rehabs everywhere..

Yesterday I was fortunate to go back to my first Habitat in Paterson, NJ for a meeting…one which gathered Exec. Directors together…as I was driving down the street with my staff, I said, pull over…my staff startled, didn’t know what happened.. A minister on the street, with five people…was talking in front of the church..i jump out…Stafford yells, Jim….I hadn’t seen him for 11 years…at least…but God blessed us to be part of the Habitat family.. the family of working together and the remembrance of the moments of building side by side, cross economic, racial and spiritual divides to work together…he a United Methodist minister, I back then heavy into another denomination, we all learned about each other and grew in the Theology of the Hammer, to build over hundreds of homes now..thanks to John Algera, Rev. Stan Van Der Klay, Millard Fuller, the Leonards, Ed Smith the Melvedts, the Boulangers, and more… God bless you all ..

 

The Love of Habitat for Humanity of Westchester can be found today in our Bronx Restore, or in our teens meeting in their clubs to make sure they are bulding correctly, or in the love of working together on sites.. we have so much to do..

 

Yesterday Dave Gibbons formerly of Trenton Habitat, retired, yells, Jim…we hadn’t seen each other for 11 years..now retired frm Trenton, he volunteers as ED at another place…what a world..

 

So Join us in this exciting venture.. join us in this blessed ministry of changing lives…

I want to dedicate this to Bill Dougherty, one of my staff who has worked with me for twelve years plus,,

This person has been with me in helping to start our Ossining projects..been to Jimmy Carter work camps , helped us in our Restores..worked in Kentucky..and has been an inspiration...every thursday we get together..at 730 and plan what we need for Restore for the day..he is amazing...pray for him, he is 81 years young...he is a blessing!

 

we got beautiful cabinets we recycled out of a home we are taking down and reusing for the kid whose house we are waiting to finish...who will move out of harms way..his mom calls, when do we get in when do we get..come in I say, help us get more friends, got to all pitch in sweat equity, lets get extra days on our sites....we need this for the family..they are scared to walk out into the neighborhood, the trauma that must happen to a family or a son who will have a bullet in his shoulder forever must be horrible rforever..pray for this family..

we are excited our Recycling efforts are increasing, no questoin..we are excited to see so many of us moving ahead with great success, and excited our Restores are also selling to help save customers money.

 

Last nite we had an lpc meeting (local project committee) meeting in Somers...this strong commitee reminds me of our Ossining committee that  moved ahead that Bill help start...we will be building in Somers in the near future.. for sure...join us..!

 

Today i go to Paterson NJ for an Exec, Directors meeting..this is where i started my Habitat career as voluntere fundraiser years ago...where we worked, where we pounded nails and kicked out drugs and prostitution, and helped rebuild neighborhoods on the East Side...it will be exciting to be there, where John Algera and Rev. Stan and Dawn Boulanger and Ray Melvedt all helped to begin this journey of holiness, helping and homes...

 

Yesterday i want to give a shout out to the Whelans.. a family who held a Christmas party for us and raised support and tools for our work...they came and delivered the great tools that we were given..brand new, what a creative thing..so many of you do these things for us...it was a huge help..he used to work for Leahman brothers..he saw all of the leahman memorabilia we have donated to us..he is a hero..he sees life differently now, Wall Street, just a street, companies,his look on life has changed..like so many...like Tony Campolo said..my 401 K went to a 201 K..we used to look at trusting in God as a way of where he would take care of the sparrows, and for us to give it all away..as a nice statement, not something we would have to really live.. this crisis caused many to pray in hope and fear to realize they would have to live with less..Millard and Linda and Mother Teresa andothers lived by this all along..not with fear but with response to the gospel call...

may all of us, Jewish Christian Muslim, help us help one another, help us to realize that it is about each other in real community and not about things..that is the reason we are all hear to live and succeed in Gods eyes..Habitat lives by this, wont you today?  of course..Join us

a prayer for each other.

 

we are moving ahead with our work and our prayers..it all starts with prayers..today i ask you to remember our families, the Cunningham family and the Padilla family as well as our other family members the Halls..during this Holy Season we dedicate prayer of our families to be able to ask Gods guidance and strength and success...we also join in a prayer for you and or your family this time as well.

 

A busy day, our bronx warehouse is open with Restore supplies. We also are taking a house down today where tiles and cabinets will be reused in one of our homes.someones Trash is another treasure and so we save the environment and build homes with your support..

 

an interesting thing today, a Main Street proposal for a fund for businesses arises...i had proposed the Main Street Common Sense Fund as a fund for our Main Street businesses with a priority of assistance to them.. all good for sure..glad people were listening to me...we also have a great series of activity coming up...for our REstores on Main STreet and in other areas..combined with affordable housing, we are geared to help move communities ahead.

 

yesterday we met in Yonkers, in a great meeting concerning our Green Energy Homes..Consultants from the state of NY and NYSERDA were there, and we are going to have a great success in this area...info will be shared at our Green conference on April 17th....

we will rebuild our communities from the insdie out for sure...join us.!

Hi to all,

I am honored to recognize service clubs, two of my heroes are the Rotaries and the Lions clubs..both groups, as heros of service have men and women who volunteer in their local communities...like John from Somers, in his Rotary of Jim Flynn from the Yonkers Lions club, they are heros in their communities..how do i start a group here in my home town or city..today i address another club at lunchtime..so if you have a service club that would love to help a great Mission, please contact me at 914 403 4821, we are glad to speak there.

 

In terms of a couple of spiritual things...service is a direct action of service...in helping ones brothers or sisters in community.

 

during my blog i am going to ask you to join us if you wish to say a prayer for our habitat families.. as well as a different town or city we hope to work in or are working in...

 

with that in mind please remember the Edwards family from Ossining as well as the Young family in Yonkers..each family is great and excited to be part of Habitat..Lillian and her son STivell and other kids now grown...are my heros from early on...like Danny Anderson another family member who is a volunteer ambulance corp person...the Youngs are anxious to get into a home, and are looking to be able to see their lives change dramatically..join us this Tuesday in lifting their great families up in prayer, as well as remember we will lift yours up as well...

 

Along with that lets remember two cities, New Rochelle and Mt Vernon in prayer as well as two towns Somers and N Salem...all four have had habitat projects...different people and locations, but they are part of the 47 towns and cities that are making up this great county.. please lift them in a prayer today.

Planet Green, the channel i believe is station 172 or 173..this station is one which i love to watch..Green Inovator...and more shows, touch upon how to Go Green..we are going Green on April 15th through the 19th and more, with all our efforts.. no question...Going Green with this effort to be able to help learn how to save energy, to learn how to use solar energy, use wind energy, insulate the homes, and more is amazing..

we are looking to do so many things that we can hep families save money and energy

 

We have been chosen to work with NYSERDA to do Green Energy Homes, to make them, and help to teach others about saving energy....call me if you want more info...we also foresee a Green Energy Center coming soon...join us.

 

Today our Crew Leader training continues, going well..two architects, retirees, leaders who will help us multiply our efforts...along with that we have a table at the Riverfront Library of info being shared to the public in Yonkers...and have for Restores working from here to the S. Bronx...we will also deconstruct a home in New Rochelle, going green with saving energy...and saving supplies and reusing or reselling them..amazing..

so join us GO GREEN WITH HABITAT...

Taylor designs, that will help Linda Albin and her mom Liz Covington...I showed Phil the cleanup area we wll be working on and we will also help maintain the River..

two volunteers a son and dad call, can i come out on Sunday..this after our champions from Horace Greeley state, i am coming out with a crew of 8, we need  A Build...A Build. is what my high schoolers call there ability to help get their group out on site on A Build...many high schoolers, congregations and others get out on A Build..my Horace Mann heroes, just got back from our Builds in New Orleans. on Sharons home, and on STacys home..families we know and are part of our Habitat of Westchester family..no question....

so here goes..we have so much to do, we need you on A Build...Join us..

 

Shout out to all yesterday Sat...was with Chuck Lesnick at the fair at the riverfront Library, as wel as we had our vol. Crew Leader group working on Willow in Yonkers and had other volunteers helping on Porach Street...we also donated supplies from our Restore to work at Fessendon House..

 

Today we celebrate  with Music at 430 pm sponsored with the Bronxville Reformed Church playing music and raising support for our vital work..

I also Had Kelvin finish his spring week of helping with the Restores, as he returns to college today...He lived in a small apartment building in what we hope will be the ability to someday get he and his mom back into it, where he was burned out and now we hope to buy and make condos out of it...We also saw our families on Willow...

The Excitement is Still building.

 

Remember the words of Nehemiah as a challenge to get rid of debt, help people to live decently in homes and communities and rebuild our cities from the inside out..the Time is Now! Its HABITAT TIME..God bless, jim

Where do we go from here..

we are working to move ahead..today i was blessed to be on Natonal Conference call, for Habitat International..42 affiliates attendd on the call...i dedicated it to Millard Fuller, whose service i was at in Atlanta this past Sat.

Cars for Homes...donate your car now, a Green effort no question...to help recycle a Car and tohelp generate income for Homes..win win...we have been listed in the top twenty affiliates in the country..and we are moving ahead ..as this donatoin helps us in a big way!

 

Exciting times here now!  We also have at our Restore a kickoff of our new sign, this weekend. Charles FAzzino has commited to do an exhibit there, as well as the Norman Rockell curator will be down on Main Street again...at 591 ijn the end of this month..both artists past and present , Rockwell and Fazzino celebrated communities, the common person and life as we know it for all..that  is why we make them our honorary artists!  check out their web sites at www.nrm.org  or www.fazzino.com

 

Tomorrow I meet with Phil Reismann to discuss the flood home we are doing in Mamoroneck..the home that will be built for the Covingtons...a flood designed home that we will move ahead with to help them not worry about water rising at all in this home, that Schumer, Hillary and National television went thru during the floods of April 15th 2007....we are in the neighborhood again to help rebuild..an honor!

A WORLD TO CHANGE, NO QUESTION, FOR THE BETTER..Last nite one of my working heros, Alex Barnabo whose daughter is in ARgentina building for habitat ..he wants me to help him with a water filtration project there too...in the coffee shop. Swen states, Jim do you know anyone in the Phillipines...last Sat. i was with a good friend, who built thousands of homes there,..my wife and I want to help there, her family is there, what can we do...i walk by my good friend, the Italian barber, happy St Joes day.. same to you...see me later if you can...he wants to get involved....Daily lifes opportunities to change things for the better are unbelievable, no question. God puts people right in front ofyou EVERY DAY!!!! you just have to look with a third eye, with a mustard seed in your pocket and the ability to know that Gods DOMINO EFFECT, is unbeliebable..more to follow.

 

I am going to a breakfst in Tarrytown, Ton Fahy who volunteers with us is getting honored...for helping with haibtat volunteers and the downtown there, to help with a spring beautification project...all good, more to follow, Tom has helped me change many lives with his family and Carpet One...things no one hears about..

What a great day.. our famlies closed on their homes..in Yonkers...Jason and steve helped New Orleans families rebuild their home with Horace Mann.two builders from Grenwich come to look at our building supplies of slate from a deconstructed home we are working on.  what a great day it was and will be..

tomorrow we close on anothr house. This isHabitat time.

 

I woke up praying thinking about all the Habitat families we havehelped across the world..Beulah Gardner in S. Central LA..or familiy in Santa Fe Argentia..or famlies in Tamilnadu..or our families in Yorktown or Bedford, or Yonkers..all blessed with the Holy Spirit, all blessed to have a great roof over their head.

St Patricks Day 2009...what a day..all the leprachauns are out...in Green with faith we hope...and the days of the drinking has subsided some...for sure..it is a true celebration of Faith, of all backgrounds, of joy and of the spirit of making it across the seas so all could live in a place where a home and opportunity was present...from famine, to success.from slavery to opportunity, from opression to freedom of faith....and so we who now have opportunity need to help others, with faith and action...with habitat building and prayer for a better tomorrow..

after so many calls...from all my relatives and friends, an email from Northern  Ireland comes in...where I have built with protestants and catholics and jewish and people with no faith in a peace mission..The Troubles had gone away, and seem to be back...there is always Trouble when the economy goes down..no matter where you are in Belfast or America...downturns increase challenges...pray for our brothers and sisters in N Ireland and here, for peace, for better communities and for more simple decent homes..

 

So today if you're Irish, the song goes, step into the parlor...theres something there for you..and if you are not, step in as well...come into our Habitat parlor, join us..and be blessed in all you do today and every day...

May you be in Heaven an Hour before the Devil knows youre dead..

what a whirlwind weekend..from Atlanta to Sleepy Hollow, from a national memorial service to a national celebration of heritage..it was non stop....the service in honor of Millard Fuller was a blessed one, the founder of habitat celebrating life..with so many ..a man of love..was the theme..and it started by a tape of his voice..talking about how its time for congregations to step up and change the world..to get out and listen to the gospel and then act..Pres. Carter in near tears cited how Millard changed the world, challenged him to get into service and he said when Millard asked you could not say no...then national speaker Tony Campolo...stated his 401 k had become a 201 K..and that the very words that the gospel stated of trust not your riches in gold nor things, had come true by default in this economy, but Millard and Linda both lived that long before not needing an economic crisis to know that giving away what you had and bringing love the gospel and action to the world was the mission of each persons life...the family Fuller, were there, withlove and many great MIllard stories, as we all had our own...i remember him saying, when he left habitat..people were bringing coffee cakes and deserts like he had died..he said Jim can you believe that, ill never retire from believing anyone should go to bed at nite iun substandard housing...so neither do we retire..or give up, but reallly step forward that much more!!!! Marching to Zion..living on Higher Ground and building on Higher ground for families who are inpoverty who need to be lifted up and in turn our own lives are lifted...Millard Oye..Habitat Oye, Fuller Center Oye... ps ten thousand strong i return on early flight iwth my son from atlanta to the st pats day parade, during the day we are getting ready a project in New Orleans and have volunteers from Solomon Schecter and other high schools workingin Yonkers and New Rochelle...what a day..ten thousand at the Sleepy Hollow St Pats day parade.. an amazing event..thank you Janine Rose and Tom Kennedy and Mary Grace and all the gang, it was an amazing success..it was unbelievable....no question.. blessed with a beautiful day..today quoted in the JOurnal news of celebrating our FAITH..celebrating we had made it here to this country, and that we all have hte love of Jesus in our hearts, and bring the twinkling smile of Irish eyes, a lifl, a laugh, and whats the Craic  (wheres the fun) and from there the parade is everyday ...if youre Irish come into the Parlor...theres a chair here for you...and if you are not..everyone is welcome to be on St. Pats day and all year round...we celebrate our faith, our future and our fathers.. andmothers who worked so hard for us...and brought us thru famine and fear, over waves and without prejudice to know we are truly blessed.. now to the Irish and all, faith is dead with out Action, lets get out and change the world..!!!! an earlymorning Friday, getting ready to finish a number of things...including follow up on a Great Westchester Business Expo that was held by Marsha Gordon and her team, at the Doubletree Marriott..congrads Marsha..so many companies where there, and many come out and help us, want to ..look to get involved..with the green movement it is even more so...

we congradulate all of you for your work..ifyour company wants  to come out and build or sponsor an event email me at jim@habitatwc.org  Swiss Re calls me after that and says Jim can we bring out team out on Green Day...

Then we have the J Teen Group a great Jewish Teen group writing, JIm we want to bring 50 people outfor you..this dynamic group helped us in the floods of Mamoroneck....doing great Mtizvahs.

As i  have often said, I often dream of some people like Thomas Edison, Abraham Heschel, St. Francis, Mother Teresa and now Millard Fuller working on our sites, people from business and of faith working tohelp build homes.. I add  MIllard Fuller now as he is in the big Habitat neighborhood in the sky, and tomorrow i visit Atlanta to his National Memorial at Ebenezer Baptist Church where Martin Luther King spoke..

on Peachtree Blvd.. I am honored my son will be there who had met Millard many times in our home and been with him on sites, and sacrificed with my other familymembers for the work we did to help others..he now helps us with habitat on Sat...

A great Somers meeting, many showed up..i also want to commend one of our first presidents, Irene Sanford who was there, who helped get Yorktwon and White Plains projects off the ground early…so glad she was there, thank you Irene!  To all the committee and so many who showed up, Somers is getting that disease..no not bed bugs..Habititis!  the leaders of Gary, John and Dave with Glen, were immeasurable..from the great local Judge and his son, to Mary Beth Murphy, to Heritage Hills volunteers, to Mr. Pope who came in 2000volunteering, to Somers High and JFK high school kids..its all great to see such a community working….!!!! God bless and much gratitude!!!!!! Habititis is moving fast throughout the county…how about your town….jjk

430 in the morning..hi this is st josephs college of maine, stephanie, are you ready..yikes..on the way to the Today show..where i was blessed with others across the country to frame up walls for new orleans.duringthe Today Show....the New Yorleans Express I call it..then i have seen the walls loaded off the trucks in Norleans...and we built them, like our group will do in New Orleans next week from Horace Mann with my staff, helping Stepahine, Erica and more..all good..so we're on the road again..lets see...get ready Matt and Meredith here we come..jjk

What a day...busy, St. Josephs kids moving ahead..all systems are go..working on the Yonkers REstore and our Sites on Purser Place...we are also grateful for the homes that we are doing...and for the Schaffers who donated two homes for us to deconstruct, amazing... we are saving the environment, recycling., and resuing suppies, as well as reselling..all good...

This is an important aspect of our work..going Green in every way we can...moving ahead..

Tonite we have a meeting in Somers, an exciting group..made up of Dave Sammel and Gary Forbes of the Lions as well as many others...thankyou so much Somers,as we will be building in the future there..

what day is it..what time is it..day light savings..community savings time..what world do we live in..Obama is at odds with Warren Buffett, politicans and economists who watched it all happen..now point fingers..Cramer on Today show says hes sorry for bear stearns..Jon Stewart..the comedian points out how he is wrong..and like a homeless Hamster left outside of our door last sat at our Restore in the cold, the world seems to be going in circles..before people went in circles with green money in their hand..now they run in circles with no money wondering what happened...lets STOP. lets PRAY lets ACT..lets Build COMMUNITY AGAIN!

we can do this!  it is the best time for us to get off of running in circles, to get going again in the right direction...we must..no question!  lets look at GodEconomics!  lets realize helping one another is the stimulus we need...

yesterday in talking to st josephs college maine students, in service for a week here, I realize that they have HOPE for the future because they are in service..they are studying business, and sociology, and history and political science..and nursing, but also the business club goes out every Friday and volunteers in the community at a shelter...yes the business club..perhaps some of those CEOS who left with bonuses, and bankrupted companies, should have been out once a week at the shelter helping..many do come in team building on our sites with their companies..ibm, goldman, Barclays Bank, BNY Mellon, Morris Cohns, and more..all helping all building...all giving back..maybe your profits will go up if you are a prophet in the community with mitzvahs, charity and giving back..if you dont, you cant take it with you..you might have taken away money, but what reputation and will do you have now, it wont go up, the cadillac, the big bank account, the degree, alldoesnt go anywhere or bring you long last ing riches..

its time to get back to BASICS!

 

On a different note, I am very excited that our second Restore has Norman Rockwell Prints, who painted the common man and woman and veteran and soda pop person, and police and basketball team and segregated school girl and the four freedoms, which are available to the public. Tom Daly will come and speak in our greast speaker series, and also Charles Fazzino, famous artists  www.fazzino.com will do an exhibit at our 591 REstore...combined with amonthly music event there, of jazz and more ourRestore becomes more than just great antique furntiure and Leahman Brothers chackis..but rather a community center of generating income..for homes and fun with art and music and more..J

What a busy weekend no question.. people working hard, helping one another working on sites, in our Restores..yesterday Iona Colelge and St Josephs college of Maine were working..at St. John and Paul, many were there to listen to our work on flooded homes, helping people.. in Mamoroneck...our history goes back 20 years with our first home on Mamoroneck avenue...there, where we were able to assist the Cunningham family and Ahfelds...what a great world we live in...to see our success come back in a town where we began...........fast forward..other projects there included Mr. Ponds, a home that burned down, a community hero, who had three hundred people assist his house being rehabbed..and then the floods of 2007 in March and then in April....where we lived for two years, helping rehab families homes and some small businesses, aiding us getting back into homes...after water that wiped out nearly everything for so many...some families got hit twice..some still live in fear there..

so heres to our families to our work to the blessings of youth and elderly and working people and you..

Its Friday...St Josephs Maine wins the NCAA's!  Champions come to New York for celebration of Service!

Well in my book the Habitat crew coming from Maine this Sat. to work for a week are my NCAA heroes, our March Madness heroes...the basketball team was in the NCAAS a great effort and they will come and volunteer too, coach Sanicola promises...but the first A Team is here, this Saturday, with eleven strong volunteering for the tenth year with us...

So heres to the basketball team, all teams and to the thousands of Habitat for Humanity Service Teams, NCAA MARCH MADNESS HEROES, traveling across the county and the country and the world in service.....MARCH MADNESS HABITAT STYLE...CHANGE THE WORLD...in the morning Rise, give your Voice to the One God who wants us to succeed, get involved with Service and be a March Madness Hero Habitat style!

 

My high school habitat heros came together last nite at Iona college, new high schools from Pelham< Harrison, Hastings school...along with New Rochelle Lincoln and more..all helping...

they build, they walk, they work on habitat sites...stay tuned a Habitat cafe is coming down the road...with the New Rochelle High School club...now my first high schoolers are working with Senators, or at the Gap or in the workforce and come back as alumni...no question...we are going to be creating a Habitat of Westchester Alumni Fan page on Facebook, stay tuned.. Getting ready to St Joes coming to our sites, today we excitingly have our Crew Leaders Training starting...this important training allows people to be able to learn more about how to be a crew leader on a home, teach others to build..learn about our home construction, and energy savings technologies..as well as other things.

We are blessed to offer this and it will be every Thursday and Sat..so we can do more across this county, helping and reaching out to others..join us.

 

During this season, lets look at what we can do to pray a little more..for each other..yesterday I had members of the mission committee of Larchmont Temple call us..can we help...today we meet with the pastor of St Johns and Paul..it is our issue to be able to help others as of this point, our new mortgage foreclosure assistance program is being formed, and our bulding of new homes is on the way..

so pray for our success. realize God is in charge..and join us in this vital mission!!!!!!
