what a day, days like this remind me of how important our work is, no question..without us and our work, we cant help people live in warm homes...we are blessed to do what we do.
we are excited about our new offerings of helping our neighbors with weatherization..no question..we believe that this will be a great thing for us to help assist our neighbors save energy...to help them save their heat payment so they can pay their mortgage payment.
This weekend saw a litany of volunteers, the Habitat armies, as well as a litany of Restore customers...
the Habitat army is the best..the weapons, the hammer, the war, against poverty, the geographic area, the world...here in our war in Westchester, we worked in New Rochelle, Yonkers, Mamoroneck..excitingly getting closer to finishing homes....we are on a the move..
Our stimulus package has alwyas been your help..from congregations, corporations, colleges, citizens, you! please remember to give your support if you can this year, no matter how big or small.
Community: we are community developers, with your help..we look now at the broader picture of what we can accomplish, where we can go, how we can change a whole community... ..Sat. someone calls and states, can i have one hundred and forty volunteers on this date..before we would say no, now we say, lets change a community in a day..
Our builders camp is getting registrations now..and also we are looking to get our Vol. School of Construction Management going...all good...today we have our lpc leadership conference call and we have
sign ups for our crew leader training...this thursday and sat. it begins...
Our new weatherization program is around the corner ready to start...and with your help, we can make amazing things happen for the future...in your neighborhood , being Green and Saving Green.
