FW: blog

Two extremes…

In many counties today after Sandy..and a snow storm..we see thousands who cant get back into their homes..thirty miles away..a county whose headline today is about a court monitor on affordable housing

Wants designers and architects to try to figure out how to create affordable homes…a concept..i wonder who designed the first Homesteaders homes..or the architect who first went to broad channel, or

The architect for Leavittown…the shift to real estate as something to be sold and resold, rather than to be lived in and passed onto your next generation..has shifted in places like New York. That’s why people will make anything into

Affordable places to live…summer bungalows not made for year long housing..places where tents onces stood and coops are there…it just seems we have had no real affordable housing ownership policy…in the NY area and maybe the country..this has to change..

Stay tuned..
