today a housing conference at x20..the not for profits pay, the goverment doesnt..how come i ask..

thursday the closing happens at lincoln avneue..
a grat thing. I speak to the Padilla family, so happy.. we wil have our high schoo kids assit them moving in..for sure..we would be glad to..with New Rochelle High School..people like Eastchester High along with New Rochelle High, Citibank volunteers...and many others need thanks...people like Steve Falvey on our local committe here as well..they all helped to allow another family to move in...thank yoiu so much!!!!! we appreciate it with great gratitude...
