Today I ask you to pray this day Jan 4^th for our work..for our support for our families, for our volunteers..for new projects and financial blessings!!!!

The headline reads  Economic Crisis hurts Yonkers housing plans!  Not related to habitat but to other viable projects…these projects are ones which use bank financing to move ahead …very great groups….However we use God financing….sounds a little pie in the sky..but we do…each donor each congregation, each blessing and dollar is our financing…..many habitats are even in debt who used some similar….but we have never gone into heavy debt…(Ask and you Shall Receive)  we have gotten people like you to get matching gifts or your group from your synagogue to raise support and build like Nehemiah, or St. Augustines to raise money annually with a Walk for Homes…(canyou do an annual event for us this year no matter how big or small)…

 

God financing….God is in the mix of all that has happened…in our organization and in our personnel lives…God brings us all we need…in land and support…if we do what is right…and live within our means and move ahead with prudence…

 

God financing is vitally important in all we do..I am so grateful for your PRAYERS TODAY, YOUR FINANCING AND YOUR SUPPORT…and know that our prayers are back at each of you…each one who reads this, each of your struggles to be changed to blessings, each of your challenges to be changed to champion events..each of your sorrows be turned into Joy…..REBUILD WITH US TIKKUN OLUM…LIKE NEHEMIAH, ISAIAH, LIKE HABUKKUK AND DAVID..LIKE ROOSEVELT IN TIMES OF CHALLENGES…PRAY FOR US, THE NEW ADMINISTRATION FOR GOD FINANCING FOR OUR WORK…AS LUKE SAYS PRAY THAT YOU WILL ALWAYS BE READY TO GO THRU GOOD AND BAD TIMES..

 

As we begin our 20 years next…we also remember the many tithe partners we have built homes for in India .. Tajikistan , Argentina , Mexico , El Salvador , Belfast N. Ireland,  Thailand for Tsunami relief and all the places.  We have built more than 300 other homes in tithing there, over the years….and tithe again today as part of our Mission to help support third world countries as all Habitats do as part of our covenant…

 

Last KNOW EVERY SECOND IS BLESSING IN 2009..AS YOU ARE TO US…WITH GREAT GRATITUDE ON THIS OUR DAY OF PRAYER JAN 4^TH FOR OUR AFFILIATE, FAMILIES HERE, YOUR FAMILY AND AROUND THE WORLD…JJK
